I’m Kylie

Get to know me, so I can know you

I’m so glad you’re here.

Reaching out for support isn’t always easy, and I believe therapy should feel like a space where you can exhale, where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. My goal is to create a warm, grounded, and nonjudgmental environment where you feel safe to explore what’s weighing on you and supported as you move toward meaningful change.

I have a background working in acute treatment settings, where I’ve spent 7 years supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most overwhelming and complex moments. This experience has shaped my approach to therapy. I show up with compassion, curiosity, and a deep respect for your resilience, no matter where you’re starting.

I work with individuals and families navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, mood disorders, trauma, life transitions, and challenges related to self-worth and identity. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply not like yourself, we’ll work together to better understand your experiences and build tools that help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with who you want to be.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. I integrate evidence-based practices with a focus on self-awareness, emotional insight, and sustainable coping strategies. At the heart of my work is the belief that growth happens when we can meet ourselves with both honesty and compassion.

In our work together, you can expect a balance of support and gentle challenge, helping you build resilience, strengthen self-respect, and reconnect with a sense of hope and direction.

Outside of the therapy room, I’m a firm believer in the small, meaningful things that support well-being, connection, rest, laughter, and moments of gratitude. I bring that same grounded perspective into the work we do together.

If you’re considering starting therapy, I’d be honored to be part of your journey.
