Individual sessions start at $130 and couple and family sessions begin at $150.

I don’t want money to be a factor in not getting the help you need. I offer some sliding scale and reduced fee spots to individual, couples and families who may need this. If this is something you may need, please let me know.

I am an out-of-network provider and do not accept insurance. This allows me to provide more personalized and flexible care, without the restrictions often required by insurance companies. Working outside of insurance also helps protect your privacy, as a mental health diagnosis and treatment details are not required to be shared.

If you have out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill, a therapy receipt, you can submit for possible reimbursement.

Most clients begin with weekly sessions to build consistency and momentum. As we make progress, we can adjust the frequency based on your needs and goals.

I get that life happens and we sometimes can’t make our appointments. I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed sessions are subject to the full session fee.

The first session is a space for us to get to know each other. We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, your goals, and any relevant background. You don’t need to prepare anything—just come as you are.

You don’t have to be in crisis to benefit from therapy. Many people come in simply feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or wanting to understand themselves more deeply. If you’re wondering about it, that’s often a good place to start.

Starting therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if it’s your first time. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to share more than you’re ready for.
